RecruitOwl.in processes recruiter, employer, and candidate information to run intake, match scoring, and payouts. We act as a data fiduciary for account data and as a processor for candidate files you submit.

Waitlist emails are used only to confirm your 14-day trial and to notify you at launch. We send confirmation through Resend. We do not sell waitlist addresses.

Candidate intake may include name, phone, current and expected CTC, notice period, location, and skills. Recruiters must collect this with the candidate's knowledge.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by writing to privacy@recruitowl.in. Some records are retained where Indian law or escrow disputes require it.
